Justine Harrell Daniels, a licensed REALTOR® in Georgia, was born and raised in Alpharetta, GA. Real estate has been a part of her life since birth, being that both parents have a strong background in real estate investment, design, and development. Before having children, Justine's mother owned her own design company, specializing in residential homes, hotels, and businesses. It was during a dealership design project that her parents met. Today, among a variety of other business ventures, the Harrell family own a property management company (Real Estate 4 Annie) that owns and oversees over two dozen properties within their portfolio. RE4A manages these homes as long-term rental properties.

With a background in real estate and a passion for design that has been passed down through generations, Justine recognized a need for high-quality, furnished housing for traveling professionals and business executives visiting the Greater Atlanta area. This sparked the idea for "CoHo House", a high end corporate housing company focused on design, comfort, and location.
